Custom Ceremony Sound
    Whether you are getting married inside or outside, Black Tie Celebrations has the right professional equiptment to let your music and vows be heard. All of the equiptment used is skirted and concealed so that your guests are not distracted. You will be able to choose your style of background music, and of course, you will have full access to our library of songs for your procession and recession. Wireless mics and lavalier mics may be used to help your event be heard. With this package, we will attend your rehearsal to be sure that everything will run smoothly.

Photo Montages
    Perhaps the most popular add-on for all of our clients is a montage creatively produced to provide smooth photo transitions to the songs that you choose. The story of your lives can be viewed on our big screen and played through a projector. Sit back and watch your guests giggle and cry with tears of happiness as they recall memories of the bride and groom. Bound to be a huge hit at your event. 
    Because these are so time consuming for production, photos are needed at least 3 weeks in advance. Be sure to ask how we can play your montage at clever times to capture your guests attention.

Uplighting and Personalized Dance Floors
    Let Black Tie Celebrations jazz up your dance hall or event hall with elegant uplighting that is sure to impress your guests. With uplighting, your hall will come alive with color. The lighting can remain the same color throughout the night or it can be set to slowly fade from one color to the next. Best of all, the lamps used are all LED lighting which means that your young guests will not have the chance to get burns if they were to touch the lamps.  In addtion, your dance floor can be personalized with your names or initials almost as if you stamped the dance floor with your own seal.
This add-on makes a perfect backdrop for your first dance.

Karaoke and Video Dance Parties
    Let your guests dance and sing along as we play oldies to the latest top 40. Very popular for school events, class reunions, and large parties. Played on a big screen, you will feel like you are right in the video!

Audio Visual/PA Systems
    In addition to providing great entertainment, Black Tie Celebrations is also able to help supply your venue with the proper PA system or AV system. Perfect for fund raising events, school programs, church programs, and outdoor events such as car shows and rallys.

Face Off Game Show
    Looking for something different that will get your guests involved? Try using our Face Off Game Console. Great for school events, Latch Key events, and for corporate activities. This console can be used for trivia questions and other head to head games. This has been used several times at eating establishments for trivia night, as well as weddings to see which family knows the most about the newlyweds!
